A few things to know

• Our prices are for 8 adults and the maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, including children, even if you bring your own mattresses!

• We accept pets, but please check with us beforehand, and there is a small cleaning charge in low season.

• During the high season, bookings are for weeklong stays only, from Sunday to Sunday.

• A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the rental price is required when booking.

• A security deposit in case of breakage or damages is also required. The security deposit is refunded after your stay.

• The total rental price is payable 90 days prior to your stay for high-season stays. This is to minimize cancellations, as the transportation reality makes it nearly impossible to rebook the property following a last-minute cancellation.

• The 3.5% lodging tax as well as the GST and the QST are applicable. We accept payments by credit cards only.

• Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
