A few things to know
Our prices are for 8 adults and the maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, including children, even if you bring your own mattresses!
We accept pets, but please check with us beforehand. An additional fee applies.
During the high season, bookings are for weeklong stays only, from Sunday to Sunday.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the rental price is required when booking.
A security deposit in case of breakage or damages is also required. The security deposit is refunded after your stay.
The total rental price is payable 90 days prior to your stay for high-season stays. This is to minimize cancellations, as the transportation reality makes it nearly impossible to rebook the property following a last-minute cancellation.
The 3.5% lodging tax as well as the GST and the QST are applicable. We accept payments by credit cards only.
